The sound recording software is compatible with all the installed options and records the input signal, as an attachment to each measurement, as required. Recordings can be played back and exported for further analysis.

Recording options cover automatic recording that lasts for the duration of the measurement, manual control, or triggered sound capture that starts when a pre-set limit level is exceeded. Pre- and post-recording delays can be utilised.

Record everything for analysis later
Capture the full 120dB dynamic range of the sound level meter with 24-bit recording suitable for re-analysis during post-processing. During playback, a smart volume control then makes it easy to hear the smallest sounds and yet comfortably listen to loud bangs.

Identify sources in unattended measurements
When used with logging software Types BZ-7224 and BZ-7225, sound recordings are attached to the profile, making it easy to identify the cause of high levels during post-processing.

Replay actual events
Recordings attached to reports facilitate complaint handling, allowing all interested parties to acoustically experience what the measurement figures express.

Gain more insight
Capturing the original signal makes it possible to subsequently carry out additional analysis on your PC.
